Job Description

A renowned Lebanese F&B industry located in North Lebanon is looking for a Quality and Food Safety Assistant Manager. 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety and quality management systems in accordance with ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential food safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Oversee food labeling and packaging processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality and food safety protocols.
  • Support the preparation for external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Safety, or any related field.
  • Experience in ISO 22 000 and ISO 9001
  • Knowledge in Food Safety and Regulations
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments
  • Knowledge in Food labeling and packaging
