A reputable furniture production brand located in Lebanon is looking for a Quality Control Officer.

 

Company Overview: 

A privately-held company based in KSA, is renowned for its passion, reliability, and vision in trading, manufacturing, and new business ventures. It offers a wide range of furnishing solutions, including imported and in-house furniture, lighting, accessories, and large-scale joinery and furniture factories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up the production progress as per the production plan from the beginning till the end

  • Make inspection on every item after each step in production

  • Make sure that finished items are complying with the approved shop drawings and the client request

  • Make sure there are no any production defect after each production step

  • Check the item cards with grope leaders and ensure they fill the material quantity on each cards

  • Make reports on the delaying items or delaying projects if any

  • Make reports on the production mistakes if any

  • Make reports on bottle necks in production if happen

  • Send feedback and suggestion to expedite the production process

  • Make reports about machines problems and maintenance

  • Make reports about any shortage in the tools if happen

  • Make reports about materials delaying that required for production if any

  • Follow up samples production order to ensure finish them on time

  • Watching production groups and make a reports about wasting time if any

Education:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (mechanical or industrial engineering)

  • MBA (preferred)

Requirements:
  • 3 years in the industry of which at least 5 in productions and/or engineering in a managerial capacity

  • Knowledge of related ISO standards and other applicable quality standards

  • Knowledge of Project Management

  • MS Office applications
