Our Partner, an International Luxury Fashion House is seeking a highly motivated Retail Manager to oversee various duties, including managing overall store operations, recruiting and scheduling employees, training and evaluating staff, and monitoring sales, budgets, and revenue records and reports. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales per store and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Track and report on store KPIs.
- Determine budgets and implement strategies to boost sales.
- Provide and analyze feedback on collections performance for seasonal buying and growth opportunities.
- Visit stores frequently to improve Luxury shopping experience and sales techniques.
- Recruit and hire new store employees.
- Train store employees on corporate policies, operations manuals, and procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations in compliance with company guidelines and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
- Prepare analysis of sales figures, trends, market, and competitors for strategic decisions.
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment in stores.
- Monitor stock levels and purchases, to maintain stock replenishment and set budgets.
- Handle customer complaints to maintain the store/brand’s reputation.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events and displays.
- Ensure store compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Luxury Retail Manager.
- Previous experience in Luxury Fashion Retail is highly recommended.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Team player.
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Reliable decision-maker.
- High analytical skills in reading sales figures and forecasting future sales.
- Flexibility in working hours and travel to stores as needed.
