Our client is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a solid background in the food manufacturing, or retail sector to lead and oversee the company’s commercial, marketing, and customer facing operations. The role oversees four core departments: Marketing, E-commerce, Customer Service, and Call Center; each with dedicated teams. The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive the company’s growth strategy, ensuring strong brand presence, optimized sales performance, and a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. This is a pivotal and highly visible position, working closely with the owners and playing a key role in shaping the company’s market direction and customer engagement approach.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage four key departments: Marketing, E-commerce, Customer Service, and Call Center, each supervised by a department head.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing revenue, enhancing brand positioning, and supporting overall business objectives.
- Manage sales KPIs and call center performance, ensuring targets are achieved and customer interactions meet company standards.
- Plan and lead marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and communication campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
- Supervise daily operations across all departments, ensuring smooth workflows, timely execution, and alignment with internal goals.
- Define, implement, and monitor KPIs, SOPs, and performance standards for all teams to guarantee consistent and high-quality output.
- Oversee e-commerce performance, enhance the online customer journey, and lead initiatives to improve conversion rates and overall digital experience.
- Use data analytics and reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements across both digital and offline channels.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Promote collaboration and alignment between teams to deliver a unified brand experience and seamless customer service.
- Guide and mentor department heads, provide leadership and coaching, and encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
- Work closely with HR and Marketing to maintain a healthy internal culture and effective communication within the organization.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to ensure strategies remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications
- Experience in the food/manufacturing or retail sectors is required.
- 3–4 years of managerial experience leading multi-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Odoo is an advantage.
- Strong marketing and communication skills, with the emotional intelligence needed to manage interactions with owners and internal teams.
- Ability to partner closely with HR and Marketing to support and strengthen company culture.
