A FMCG and distribution company available in Africa is hiring candidates for Sales and Distribution Representative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
– Each candidate will be handling ONE mega distributor of at least 10 route vehicles/salesmen.
– He will train, guide, motivate, and control them.
– He should ensure that stocks are always as per plan.
– He should review the distributor’s P&L every month and ensure profitability and cash flow are healthy. The job is 10% at the distributor’s location and 90% in the market
Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of Sales experience
– Leadership skills. The person should have managed a team of at least five people
– Strong Analytical and tech skills. The system will be fully automated, so we need people who can fully utilize the data and are friendly with SFAs
– Good financial skills: they should be able to read a P&L for the distributor, analyze it, and then identify opportunities for improvement
– Good English language
– Very good interpersonal and communication skills, so that they can deal with Mega distributors
Location: Nigeria, Africa
Working Hours: Monday till Friday from 8:00 till 17:00
