A Signage, Display and Visual Communication solutions enterprise is hiring a Sales Manager to join their team in Roumieh-Lebanon.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- Devise and execute strategic sales plans to optimise profits and turnover.
- Identify target markets and customer segments, tailoring strategies to effectively address their needs.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and seize opportunities.
- Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, addressing concerns and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degrees
- Proficiency in designing and executing successful sales strategies and KPIs.
- Previous experience in digital printing or production, and display & signs (indoor & outdoor).
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through effective team management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate creative solutions to sales challenges.
- Customer-focused approach and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
