Our client, a prime destination for luxury designer dresses, currently looking for a hands-on Sales Specialist to lead their day-to-day sales performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong background in RTW evening wear, luxury fashion sales, and experience in E-commerce or high-end retail.
Responsibilities:

Own Sales Performance: Drive sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to grow revenue.

Customer Service & Consultation: Deliver a luxury-level client experience through personalized communication, product guidance, and style consultations.

Build strong relationships with VIP and returning clients to drive loyalty and repeat sales.

Sales Channels: Communicate with customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Emails etc

Peak Time Availability: Be available during key sales periods, evenings, and weekends as needed

After-Hour & Weekend Work Expectations: Evening and weekend availability is required during peak periods (e.g. collection drops, Ramadan, gala season). Specific working hours and expectations will be defined upon offer, with flexibility for international time zones and client locations.

Campaign Feedback: Analyze sales performance during promotions and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

Customer Insights: Track customer behavior and preferences to inform business and product decisions.

Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team on sales-driving initiatives and new launches.
Qualifications:

7+ years in luxury sales/operations; RTW evening wear is required

E-commerce or luxury retail experience

Fluent in English and Arabic

Couture experience is a plus

Knowledge of dress manufacturing/production is a great advantage

Strong organizational, communication, and client-facing skills

A solutions-oriented mind-set and high attention to detail
