A multinational organization operating at the forefront of energy innovation is seeking a Social Media Specialist - Contractor that will lead the functional and creative development of social media initiatives across various platforms, representing the organization’s brand. This role requires close collaboration with content and messaging teams to deliver engaging, on-brand materials while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and corporate compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for corporate accounts, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Collaborate with content and messaging teams to ensure all materials align with established brand guidelines.
- Design and implement strategies to expand reach and enhance engagement across all corporate social media platforms.
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating diplomacy and tact in all communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with recognized industry accreditations preferred.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to create and manage multiple corporate social media accounts.
- Proficiency in using major social media channels—such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube—for corporate purposes.
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successful social media work.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
- Fully trained in Health and Safety regulations.
