An international architecture firm, specialized in residential, hospitality and commercial projects around the globe, with innovative designs is looking to hire a Senior Architect with a minimum of 10 years of regional experience or international exposure.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Leading the project architectural design team, from Concept to Detail Design, client facing.
- Manages project design team and ensures that agreed design strategies are being followed
- Manages project design and ensures that policies and regulations are enforced and maintain smooth and efficient workflow
- Defines the list of architectural drawings, documents and other deliverables and their production
- Coordinates architectural and engineering designs
- Develops and prepares project ideation
- Prepares visual sketches, diagrams and presentation materials
- Assist in design presentations to client
- Review subconsultants deliverables
- Prepares design reports and documentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 10 to 15 years of experience, with international exposure, or regional exposure to projects in GCC, in the Hospitality, Residential or Commercial sector (Offices, Retail, Malls..)
- Able to work in a local and international team easily
- Good flexible character, Team spirit work, design oriented
- English language is a must, and having presentation skills is an added value.
- Problem solving skills
- Strong and effective communication (writing & verbal)
- Software: AutoCAD & Revit / BIM are a must
- Familiarity with Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, SketchUp, AI applied to Architecture is a plus.

Location
Beirut, Lebanon
Possibility of traveling on project basis, for a short period of time.
