An international telecommunications company located in Dubai is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Account Manager.
Job Overview:
Senior Cyber Security Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with important clients while achieving assigned sales and revenue targets. This position is focused on strategic account management, client retention, and identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a strong record in managing high-value accounts, skilled in consultative selling, and has the ability to lead account teams.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and concerns promptly.
- Sales Strategy and Growth:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and drive account growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and growth potential.
- Revenue Achievement:
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through account management activities.
- Accurately forecast and report sales results, pipeline activity, and market trends to senior leadership.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure client success.
- Coordinate with product development to tailor offerings based on client feedback and industry needs.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide insights to clients.
- Regularly analyze and report on account performance, providing insights into client needs and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field .
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in Cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a senior or strategic account management role.
- Dubai resident
Skills:
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce,) and MS Office Suite.
