An Information Technology solutions development firm in Metn, Lebanon is looking for a Senior Tech Lead.
A Senior Tech Lead involves a combination of hands-on technical work, mentoring and coaching team members, and collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. It involves a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software development team.
- Architect, design, and implement complex software solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver high-quality software products.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Project Management:
- Lead and participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, meeting or exceeding quality standards.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
Problem Solving:
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and optimize performance.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather system requirements with proper documentation
- Provide regular updates on project status, technical issues, and potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on PHP Laravel, .NET
- Experience in creating ER diagrams
- Experience using REST APIs.
- Good database administration skills
- Experience with front end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Strong knowledge of Azure boards, repos, and pipelines.
- Great leadership and organizational abilities.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with the ability to inspire and guide a technical team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make decisions that positively impact the project and organization.
- Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written skills, and proficiency in English.
Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00pm
