An international architecture firm, specialized in residential, hospitality and commercial projects around the globe, with innovative designs is looking to hire a Senior Technical Manager – Architect with a minimum of 10 years of regional experience or international exposure.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Leading the technical drawings and architectural design
- Oversee and guide the design team to best practices in terms of materials & Finishes, and construction details
- Review design drawings before submission and make sure all are in line with project design intent and constructability
- Meet and discuss with Architects and engineers to agree on best practice to produce the design quality
- Manages project design and ensures that policies and regulations are enforced and maintain smooth and efficient workflow
- Defines the list of architectural drawings, documents and other deliverables and their production
- Coordinates with other teams to make sure that the design policies from a technical point is ensured
- Prepare guidelines for projects particularities and details , and work with management to ensure quality control
- Review subconsultants deliverables
- Enforce QA/QC on projects and approve the design quality before issuance to client
Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience, with international exposure, or regional exposure to projects in GCC, in the Hospitality, Residential or Commercial sector (Offices, Retail, Malls..)
- Able to work in a local and international team easily
- Good flexible character, Team spirit work, design oriented
- English language is a must, and having presentation skills is an added value.
- Problem solving skills
- Strong and effective communication (writing & verbal)
- Software: AutoCAD & Revit / BIM are a must
- Familiarity with Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, SketchUp, AI applied to Architecture is a plus.

Location
Beirut, Lebanon
Possibility of traveling on project basis, for a short period of time.
