A Smart Buildings, IoT & Automation Solutions Holding company is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand its sales operations across Lebanon and the Middle East. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), a strong understanding of IoT and automation technologies, and a proven track record in regional sales leadership.

Responsibility
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to support the company’s growth objectives in Lebanon and the Middle East.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking, participation in industry events, and direct engagement with prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations focused on smart building, IoT, and automation technologies.
  • Supervise proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure sales strategies align with product offerings and market demands.
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry innovations, and competitive activity.
  • Consistently surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to overall sales performance.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in BMS, IoT, or automation fields.
  • Strong professional network and market insight within Lebanon and the Middle East.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Capable of working independently as well as within a team-oriented environment.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require.
