A telecommunication Company Located in Beirut Area, is looking for a SMS Sales Manager to join their team:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Create a comprehensive sales plan and strategies to drive the adoption and usage of SMS marketing services. Identify target markets, customer segments, and revenue streams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Team management: Build, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives or account executives. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Client acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients and businesses that can benefit from SMS marketing services. Generate leads through various channels and convert them into paying customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive customer retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Sales presentations and demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Display the benefits of SMS marketing, highlight success stories, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Pricing and contract negotiation: Collaborate with the finance or pricing team to establish competitive pricing models. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Sales analytics and reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generated, conversion rates, and market trends. Utilize insights to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased sales performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals. Provide feedback on customer needs in addition, market trends to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors in the SMS marketing space. Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to expand knowledge and network with potential clients.


  • Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the SMS marketing or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of SMS marketing, its benefits, and its applications across various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team, set and achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to clients.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
