Cleaning Services Company looking to hire a Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with our audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and goals.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts, including updating profiles, bio descriptions, and visual aesthetics.
• Plan and execute influencer and blogger collaborations to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Handle social media budget allocation and ensure effective spending on paid social media campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the cleaning services or a related industry.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media advertising.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
