An company located in Lebanon is looking to hire a Technical Sales Engineer:
As a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in Siemens Industrial Automation and Drives, your role will be pivotal in driving our business forward. You will take the lead in managing key client accounts within the industrial sector, leveraging your expertise in Siemens automation solutions to deliver tailored offerings and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial plant clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and support.
- Understand client needs and pain points and recommend appropriate solutions from our product portfolio by offering insights and recommendations on how they can optimize their processes and achieve their business goals using our products and solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
- Ability to comprehend technical specifications, datasheets, and product documentation.
- Maintain a detailed and organized sales pipeline, tracking the progress of each opportunity from initial contact to closure, and providing regular updates to management on sales forecasts and trends.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Expand the network of contacts within key accounts and the broader industry through participation in industry events, fostering long-lasting relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in industrial automation technologies including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), drives (variable frequency drives), instrumentation, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), low voltage motors, low voltage switchgear.
- Proficiency in negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Previous experience in industrial automation, with a strong understanding of production processes and technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events as needed.
- Certifications or training related to specific products or technologies can be advantageous.
Salary USD 1300 + USD 5 per day + Commission
