An E-cigarette Company located in Lebanon is looking for an experienced Territory Supervisor to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of Territory Representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product placement, marketing initiatives, and customer experience
-
Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and maintain relationships with key accounts
-
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
-
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge
-
Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management

Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
-
Set and monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives
-
Implement and oversee customer retention strategies to maximize long-term value
-
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute local promotional activities and events

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
-
Ensure proper execution of merchandising standards across all retail locations
-
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles in FMCG, hospitality, F&B, or similar industries

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Fluency in Arabic and English (English mandatory)

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
