An E-cigarette Company located in Lebanon is looking for an experienced Territory Supervisor to join their team.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of Territory Representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product placement, marketing initiatives, and customer experience

  • Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and maintain relationships with key accounts

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge

  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management

  • Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Set and monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives

  • Implement and oversee customer retention strategies to maximize long-term value

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute local promotional activities and events

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

  • Ensure proper execution of merchandising standards across all retail locations

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles in FMCG, hospitality, F&B, or similar industries

  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (English mandatory)

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

  • Strong leadership skills and a strategic mind-set

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry

  • Passionate about driving growth and fostering a culture of excellence within the team

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday l 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM

Package:
  • Basic + Commission + Car + Car allowance + Insurance
