An E-cigarette Company located in Lebanon is looking for an experienced Territory Supervisor to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage and mentor a team of Territory Representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product placement, marketing initiatives, and customer experience.
– Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and maintain relationships with key accounts.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability.
– Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
– Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management.
– Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Set and monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
– Implement and oversee customer retention strategies to maximize long-term value.
– Coordinate with marketing teams to execute local promotional activities and events.
– Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
– Ensure proper execution of merchandising standards across all retail locations.
– Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
– Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles in FMCG, hospitality, F&B, or similar industries.
– Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Fluency in Arabic and English (English mandatory).
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
– Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.

9:00 AM until 6:00 PM
Salary:
Basic + Commission + Car + Car allowance + Insurance
