A renowned E-cigarette Company located in Lebanon is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness across retail channels, ensuring improved performance across the product portfolio.

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional assets, ranging from large-scale materials for General Trade and Key Accounts to smaller, modular setups for retail spaces.

  • Design and implement activations that allow consumers to engage with and experience the product in real-world environments.

  • Provide training and educational sales materials to trade partners and retailers to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

  • Monitor and manage the inventory of trade marketing materials, ensuring optimal distribution and availability across various retail channels.

  • Track the progress of the visual merchandising expansion plan, ensuring alignment with actual deployment by collaborating with field teams.

  • Work closely with suppliers to oversee the production and timely delivery of marketing materials.

  • Manage budgets, purchase orders (POs), and financial tracking related to trade marketing activities.

  • Ensure cost-effective execution of all activations while maintaining a high standard of quality 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand management, ideally within a consumer goods or FMCG environment.

  • Strong understanding of retail channels, consumer behavior, and trade marketing strategies.

  • Experience managing budgets and financial tracking for marketing projects.

  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and retail partners.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for visual merchandising and brand presentation.

  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and other project management platforms.
