We are a prestigious Lebanese fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Riyadh, KSA, known for delivering an exquisite culinary experience that combines traditional Lebanese flavours with a touch of modern elegance.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed information about the menu items and make recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to the kitchen and serve dishes with precision
- Monitor and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas and service stations
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service
- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and familiarity with menu items
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic
