A leading distributor of premium materials for printing, packaging, signage, and window films is seeking an Outdoor Sales Specialist to join its team in Lebanon. With a strong presence in the local market and a focus on quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships, the company is expanding its Window Films division and looking for a motivated field salesperson to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Visit prospects and existing clients to promote a full range of window films, including:
    • Glass & aluminum installers
    • Contractors, architects, solar panel installers
    • Digital printing & sign makers
    • End users (schools, hospitals, offices, hotels, residences, etc.)
  • Generate new leads through cold calling and field visits, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct on-site measurements and collect technical requirements from clients.
  • Present product samples, explain technical specifications, and recommend customized solutions (solar protection, UV protection, safety/security, decorative, and smart films).
  • Submit quotations and invoices (prepared by the sales coordinator), follow up on offers, and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Coordinate with the sales and installation teams for scheduling and delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall department performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year in outdoor sales, preferably in construction materials, glass, or window films.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Basic technical understanding of films and glazing systems (training provided)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively

Location
  • Field-based across Lebanon, with regular reporting to the head office in Chyah.
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday     |     8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility for client visits) 
Benefits
  • Commission: Paid quarterly.
  • Bonus: Depending on performance.
