A private Facility Management company, with residential towers in Beirut, is looking for an Accounting & Financial Manager to join their team, oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with Lebanese laws and accounting standards, and provide strategic financial guidance.
Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Planning
- Develop and monitor annual budgets
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations
- Monitor cash flow and revenues
- Accounting Operations
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee receivables, payables and reconciliations
- Ensure timely payment of suppliers and collection of duties
- Compliance & Auditing
- Ensure compliance with Lebanese laws and taxes
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Propose improvements to internal controls
- Payroll & NSSF
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy
- Manage reporting and contributions to NSSF
- Strategic Support
- Provide financial analysis for decision-making
- Prepare reports for General Assemblies
- Participate in financial strategy discussions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Managerial similar roles.
- Strong experience in financial management, accounting operations, compliance & auditing etc.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
