A company in Beirut is actively looking for an Admin Assistant.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Assists the  Manager as per instructions
  • Handles the Petty cash fund

  • Takes charge of the internal and external correspondence and communication then sends them to the Sales team

  • Welcomes visitors and ensures their requirements are quickly met

  • Ensure all customer calls are addressed promptly

  • Record customer feedback and report insights to management

  • Ensure all accessories displayed are properly managed

  • Maintain daily contact and follow up with customers

  •  Attend internal and sales meetings, taking notes as necessary

  • Organize travel plans for visitors and oversee employees’ yearly training schedules and travel requests

  • Manage collections from clients when necessary

Qualification and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration or a related field

  • Accounting experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in administration

  • Customer service experience

Work Condition:     
  • In office, Full Time

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
