A company in Beirut is actively looking for an Admin Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Manager as per instructions

Handles the Petty cash fund

Takes charge of the internal and external correspondence and communication then sends them to the Sales team

Welcomes visitors and ensures their requirements are quickly met

Ensure all customer calls are addressed promptly

Record customer feedback and report insights to management

Ensure all accessories displayed are properly managed

Maintain daily contact and follow up with customers
-
Attend internal and sales meetings, taking notes as necessary
-
Organize travel plans for visitors and oversee employees’ yearly training schedules and travel requests

Manage collections from clients when necessary
Qualification and Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business administration or a related field
-
Accounting experience
-
2-4 years of experience in administration
-
Customer service experience
Work Condition:

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
