A leading manufacturer and global distributor of agri-nutrition products, headquartered in Zahle, Lebanon, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day production operations across its manufacturing facilities.
The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a solid background in production supervision, line coordination, safety compliance, and quality-driven operations. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional capable of ensuring efficient production execution, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous operational improvement while meeting local and international supply requirements.
Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Supervise day-to-day production line activities in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Execute the approved production plan to meet targeted output, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Actively support production activities when required to ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all production documentation, reports, and records.
- Identify, document, and report production issues, deviations, or inefficiencies to management.
Line Start-Up & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate production and packaging line start-ups to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations.
- Verify readiness of equipment, raw materials, and manpower prior to initiating production.
- Supervise pre-production and routine cleaning of production lines to maintain hygiene and compliance.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-structured production areas in line with housekeeping standards.
Materials & Product Handling
- Supervise the receipt of raw materials from LG representatives, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the dispatch and delivery of finished goods to LG representatives in line with approved procedures.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Ensure a safe working environment and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions when needed and escalate critical issues to the Production Head.
General Responsibilities
- Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Top Management to support operational objectives.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment.
Training & Certifications
- ISO 9001 (latest revision)
- ISO 45001 (latest revision)
- GMP+
- HACCP
- Training on production systems and manufacturing equipment
(Professional certifications not mandatory)

- Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and related systems.
