A leading F&B company in North Lebanon is looking to hire a Financial Controller to manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance analysis, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability across all group companies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts for all group companies.
- Monitor actual financial performance versus budget and forecasts; analyze and explain variances.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive costing systems, including product, recipe, labor, and overhead costing.
- Perform detailed cost analysis for manufacturing processes and F&B operations to identify efficiency and profitability improvement opportunities.
- Support pricing strategies through margin analysis, cost modeling, and profitability assessments.
- Track and control operational costs, waste, and efficiency KPIs across production, branches, catering, kitchens, and fleet operations.
- Prepare accurate and timely management reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with operations, production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure financial alignment and cost discipline.
- Support CAPEX evaluations through financial modeling, ROI analysis, and cost-benefit assessments.
- Assist the Financial Manager in financial planning, strategic reviews, and group-level performance assessments.
- Ensure consistency of financial data, assumptions, and reporting standards across all entities.
- Supervising: Production Controller – Branches Controller – Catering & Kitchen Controller – Operations Analyst – Fleet Analyst
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and F&B cost drivers, including yield, waste, labor efficiency, and overhead absorption
- Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial controlling or cost accounting roles, preferably within manufacturing and/or F&B environments
- Experience working within multi-entity or group structures
