Our partners, a renowned midsize telecom company, are looking for a CIDO Cluster (Information & Digital Services) Role to join their team. The CIDO Cluster (Information & Digital Services) is a strategic division under the Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO), responsible for driving technology enablement, digital transformation, and innovation across the organization. The cluster ensures the alignment of IT and digital initiatives with business goals, empowering growth, operational excellence, customer engagement, and security.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Applications

  • Manage and optimize enterprise-wide systems including CRM, ERP, HRMS, billing, and finance platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration, performance, and scalability of applications to support core business operations.
  • Drive automation, process simplification, and continuous improvement in enterprise systems.

Data Science & Analytics

  • Lead the design and deployment of data-driven models and advanced analytics.
  • Deliver insights to support marketing, sales, network optimization, and customer experience.
  • Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics (e.g., churn prediction, customer segmentation, usage behavior).
  • Establish enterprise data governance, quality, and reporting frameworks.

Digital Products & Platforms

  • Build and enhance digital channels (mobile apps, self-service portals, payment platforms, etc.).
  • Develop and scale digital ecosystems and partnerships (OTT, fintech, and value-added services).
  • Create seamless customer journeys to increase adoption, retention, and digital revenue streams.
  • Champion innovation through agile product development and emerging technologies.

Cybersecurity

  • Safeguard digital infrastructure, customer data, and mission-critical systems from cyber threats.
  • Implement cyber resilience strategies including monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., GDPR, data privacy, telecom security standards).
  • Foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in IT, digital transformation, or technology leadership roles within telecom or related industries.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise systems, data platforms, and digital product portfolios.
  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
