A worldwide trading company with Headquarters in the UK is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Engagement Specialist. This fast-growing fintech company is helping users manage their money easily and confidently across the globe. The person hired for this role will be the first contact for new users, helping them get started, and will also support relationships with existing users to encourage long term engagement. Responsibilities
User Activation and Onboarding
- Engage and qualify new contacts from sales leads and marketing campaigns.
- Turn verified leads into active users by clearly explaining the value of the company's financial solutions.
- Help new users set up their accounts and complete the identity verification process.
- Explain product features and how the platform works in a simple way.
- Follow up with users who have not finished their sign up or activated their accounts.
Client Nurturing and Retention
- Support the client success team by building relationships with active users.
- Promote platform tools and services to encourage consistent use and repeat activity.
- Help the team achieve goals for user activation, engagement, and retention.
Collaboration and Compliance
- Work with internal teams to make sure user processes meet service and standards.
Qualifications
- University degree in a related field (Business or Marketing preferred).
- Prior experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal communication).
- Basic knowledge of or interest in customer support.
- Strong communication, people, and negotiation abilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and able to manage spreadsheets well.
- A dynamic, organized, and results driven professional who can meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- A confident, willing to learn, and goal-oriented mindset.
