A leading food manufacturing company in Lebanon, with international distribution, is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team in Lebanon.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial plans in line with company objectives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Coordinate with Production to ensure proper forecasting and product availability.
  • Lead pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets, sales forecasts, and commercial KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly commercial performance reports for management.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales team to ensure alignment with overall commercial objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and partnerships to expand market reach locally and internationally.
  • Establish and implement sales policies, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Ensure the commercial function meets profitability objectives, margin goals, and volume targets.
  • Strengthen collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and production to optimize processes and performance.
  • Negotiate major contracts and key agreements with distributors and strategic clients.
  • Oversee customer service standards and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the CEO with regular updates on market performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to commercial operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG and food manufacturing, or similar industry.
  • Strong market knowledge and proven commercial strategy experience.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Leadership and people management.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to Travel.
