A leading multinational retail group based in the Gulf, known for managing top international beauty and fashion brands is hiring a Store Operations Manager for a new beauty retailer to oversee daily operations, ensure brand standards, and drive team performance and sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional, luxury-level customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on succession planning.
- Monitor sales metrics such as ATV, IPC, and conversion rates to drive business development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and control shrinkage and operational costs.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance, IT, etc.) and contribute to store openings and closures.
- Implement company training programs and identify ongoing training needs.
- Analyze sales and performance reports, taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Build strong client relationships through service excellence and clienteling initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage P&L accounts and ensure cost efficiency across operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in retail or service environments, ideally in beauty.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage high-volume store operations.
- Strong understanding of retail performance drivers, customer service, and HR practices.
- Experience with POS systems, reporting tools, and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and decision-making ability.
- Passion for customer service and team development.
