A leading F&B company is seeking an HR Officer with an F&B background. The HR Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for retail branch positions, ensuring timely sourcing and placement of qualified candidates. In addition, this role addresses daily HR operational issues within the branches and coordinates with the Group HR Department to resolve them efficiently

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for retail positions, from job advertising and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, selection, and offer issuance.

Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks to create a strong talent pool.

Collaborate closely with branch managers to assess workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines.

Arrange and coordinate interview schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency in the hiring process.

Maintain up-to-date candidate information in recruitment systems and generate recruitment progress reports.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation, scheduling orientations, and coordinating with relevant internal teams.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day HR matters within retail branches, including attendance issues, employee inquiries, and basic policy guidance.
- Address HR concerns raised by branch managers and provide solutions or escalate matters to Group HR when necessary.
- Work in partnership with Group HR to ensure proper policy interpretation, compliance, and alignment of HR practices across all branches.
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes such as transfers, separations, and employment-related documentation.
Reporting & Workforce Analytics
- Compile and submit regular recruitment and activity reports to the HR Manager and Group HR team.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, candidate quality, and sourcing channel performance to drive process improvements.
Employer Branding & External Relations
- Represent the organization at career fairs, campus hiring initiatives, and external recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and professional networks to expand sourcing capabilities.
Additional HR Responsibilities
- Provide support for HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, and ad hoc projects as required.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures across all recruitment and HR-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a multi-branch retail environment.
- Solid knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications for recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
