A regulated financial brokerage specializing in Foreign Exchange (FX) and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) is seeking a Senior Sales professional to drive business growth across the MENA region. The role focuses on retail and professional client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic sales expansion within a competitive trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development targeting retail and professional clients across the MENA region.
- Maximize existing revenue streams while expanding new client relationships.
- Meet and exceed assigned annual sales quotas (individual and team targets).
- Lead client acquisition, retention, and trading volume generation initiatives.
- Develop and execute effective client onboarding strategies in coordination with management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Identify opportunities to expand the sales team and participate in hiring and team development.
- Set and manage sales and marketing budgets.
- Promote and sell FX pairs, indices, commodities, and equities products.
- Monitor regional market trends and share insights with product and management teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably within FX & CFD brokerage.
- Strong product and market knowledge in Forex, indices, commodities, futures, and cash equities.
- Experience covering MENA markets.
- Understanding of FCA and FSA regulations.
Skills & Profile
- Proven sales track record, ideally with a transportable client base.
- Strong network and expertise in building retail trading portfolios and onboarding clients.
- Solid experience with MetaTrader 4 & 5 and PXM aggregator.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Leadership capability to motivate and grow a sales team.
- Strong IT and trading platform knowledge.
- Currently in a senior sales or Head of Sales position, or ready to step into a senior leadership role.
