A Food Chain Restaurant located in Jounieh is looking for a Guest Experience Leader:
GEL Responsibilities
- Ensuring that gusts have everything they need, which includes but is not limited to, providing samples, coffee refills , napkins , cutlery, strews, newspaper , high chairs and clean tables
- Inquiring on the quality of the guests visit and food
- Greeting and assisting guests through the ordering process at the Kiosk
- Working with the maintenance and dining crew to identify areas that require attention to ensure the restaurant remains clean , well maintained and properly equipped to meet guests needs
- Encouraging all employees to demonstrate the Guest Experience behaviors at all times
Requirements:
- School Diploma is required
- Very good in Arabic and English
- Very good communication skills, mature and knows how to deal with customers
Schedule:
6 Working Days from 11:00 To 20:00 or from: 12:00 to 21:00 or from: 13:00 to 22:00 and
Friday-Saturday-Sunday no days off
Salary: USD 450
