A multinational engineering Food technology company is looking for Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in their Food & Beverage (F&B) capital equipment division. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding their customer base and achieving sales targets across designated territories. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for the assigned region.
  • Design and implement regional sales strategies and quota plans aligned with overall business goals.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets.
  • Monitor and report on regional sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Address challenges proactively and propose effective solutions.
  • Recommend new products, services, or sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to support significant sales growth in the F&B segment through deep industry understanding and business development.
  • Foster strong internal and external networks within the F&B sector.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations related to the F&B segment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or in a similar role within the F&B processing or equipment manufacturing industry.
  • Strong network and industry contacts within the F&B sector.
  • Proven ability to track and analyze key metrics (ROI, KPIs).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage production line components (e.g., blowers, fillers, labelers, packers).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel, primarily within the GCC region.
