IQOS Lebanon is looking for an experienced IQOS Indoor Sales Executive to join their team.
They are seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy IQOS Indoor Sales Executive to support day-to-day operations at their indoor retail locations and promotional events. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proactive customer-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent service and ensuring a seamless sales experience at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth execution of daily operations within retail locations or event setups.
- Engage with customers, provide detailed product information, and create a positive brand experience.
- Operate the POS system accurately for sales transactions and returns.
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure all product displays meet brand standards.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of sales and promotional areas.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be confident, approachable, and articulate.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and operate POS systems and basic digital tools.
- Customer service-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional extended hours.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or promotional activations is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule
- 6 Days per week | 12:00 PM till 8:00 PM
