The IQOS Coaches are responsible for introducing all IQOS products to all potential users within their territory. They must report back to the Sales Supervisors to increase sales and achieve company wide targets.
– Develop an understanding of IQOS products, including their benefits and technical aspects
– Communicate the company’s vision for a smoke-free future effectively to consumers
– Explain warranty and subscription policies to consumers, and enhance the After Sales experience
– Monitor NPS and CES KPIs to improve consumers satisfaction
– Reconcile devices and tobacco sticks with the warehouse representative weekly
– Check invoicing for accuracy
– Gather feedback from consumers and propose solutions for improvement
– Analyze territory performance data to identify opportunities and set objectives
– Ensure optimal handling of portfolios and marketing materials
– Ensure accurate data input and provide feedback on system usage
– Lebanese resident

– Passionate and engaging personality
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Customer-focused with negotiation abilities
– Self-motivated with good time management
– Quick learner and problem-solver
– 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, F&B, or customer service
– University or College degree
– Fluency in Arabic & English (English mandatory)
