Our client, a well-established leader in Lebanon’s internet and telecommunications sector is currently seeking an ISP Corporate Account Manager.
Respnsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sustainable revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting company services and solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify and leverage business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to relay client feedback and ensure service excellence.
- Generate regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and revenue metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar corporate sales role.
- Prior experience in the Internet services sector is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of internet and telecommunications technologies.
- Fluency in Arabic, English, and French is preferred.
