A leading F&B company located in North Lebanon is looking for a Logistics & Operations Manager.

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager for Logistics, Distribution, Fleet, and Warehousing will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the company’s logistics, distribution, fleet management, and warehousing operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and effective movement of goods, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and delivering high-quality service in alignment with company goals and industry standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs

• Oversee distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and distribution centers

• Manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, compliance, and efficiency

• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to align logistics and distribution efforts with warehouse operations

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements in logistics and distribution

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Manage budgets related to logistics and fleet operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities

• Lead and mentor logistics and fleet teams to foster a high-performance environment

Education and Requirements

• A degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, transportation management, or a related field is commonly required

• Proficiency in logistics and fleet management systems

• Proven years of experience in logistics and operations management or a similar role

• Background in FMCG/Retail is a plus
