Our client, a reputable luxury company with diversified operations across multiple automotive brands, is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support its marketing activities. This role combines both digital and offline marketing exposure, with strong involvement on-ground brand activation and social media management.
This is a field-oriented position that requires regular physical presence at events, showrooms, exhibitions, and marketing activation. It is not a desk-based role.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Assist with content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management
- Monitor social media performance and prepare performance summaries
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies as required
- Support the planning and implementation of showroom events and on-ground activation
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of branding and promotional materials
- Ensure proper brand visibility during exhibitions and marketing activation
- Provide on-site support during product launches, roadshows, and promotional initiatives
- Assist in rolling out marketing campaigns across different automotive brands
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management platforms is a plus
- Good communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and social media platforms
- Ability to support both digital and offline marketing activities
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on event requirements
- Must own a car
- Able and willing to handle physical marketing tasks (event setup, branding materials handling, on-site presence, etc.)
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
