A leading electro-mechanical solution provider in Nigeria is currently hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (Project Sales) to drive growth in the MEP sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record in developing business strategies and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the MEP sector.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the assigned regions.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with clients and stakeholders.
- Drive business growth by leveraging market insights and technical expertise.
- Oversee project sales cycles from lead generation to project completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in sales within the MEP sector.
- Strong sales and technical knowledge related to MEP products and solutions.
- Markets: Egypt, Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Morocco.
- Proven track record in sales strategy development, negotiation, and account management.
- Experience in customer service, prospecting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project management abilities with a focus on results and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients
