Our Client a reputable Law Firm is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to support daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Perform general secretarial duties including drafting correspondence, managing emails, and responding to inquiries
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Accurately complete and track time sheets and internal documentation
Handle data entry and updates using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
Ensure all administrative documents are up to date and easily accessible
Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experiencein a similar administrative or secretarial role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus
