Our Client a reputable Law Firm is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to support daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general secretarial duties including drafting correspondence, managing emails, and responding to inquiries
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Accurately complete and track time sheets and internal documentation
- Handle data entry and updates using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
- Ensure all administrative documents are up to date and easily accessible
- Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus

- Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
