Our Client a reputable Law Firm is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to support daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general secretarial duties including drafting correspondence, managing emails, and responding to inquiries

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

  • Accurately complete and track time sheets and internal documentation

  • Handle data entry and updates using Microsoft Office and other relevant software

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications

  • Ensure all administrative documents are up to date and easily accessible

  • Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experiencein a similar administrative or secretarial role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus

  • Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
