A multinational organization operating at the forefront of energy innovation is hiring a Project Manager – Content & Channel Operations to join its team in Saudi Arabia to lead content and communication initiatives across owned media platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of content projects, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution, while enhancing quality and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and strategic support to the management team.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, resources, and key performance indicators.
- Monitor and track content creation requests and maintain an organized workflow.
- Lead and coordinate division-level projects from planning to delivery.
- Align with content owners on messaging, scheduling, and project objectives.
- Oversee project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Maintain editorial calendars and support reporting needs.
- Manage collaboration between internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture insights and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field from an accredited program.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
- GCC nationals Only
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft cloud applications and SAP systems.
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving workflows.
