Responsibilities:
- Work on the new launching plan with the product development manage
- Conduct research to develop and formulate new personal care products that comply with the product development manager and the market requirements
- Coordinate with purchasing and plant managers for new raw material samples
- Coordinate with purchasing and plant managers for new package samples
- Perform R&D samples as trials (new products or new editions) in a cost-effective manner according to the requirements of the product development manager and the market needs.
- Prepare the finished product formulations containing the ingredient list with the percentages, procedure of mixing, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with the production manager for upscaling batches of new products
- Coordinate with the production manager for packages
- Coordinate with the QC for testing issues
- List the ingredients and active ingredients for copywriting issues
- List hints and summary of the use and benefits of each product for the copywriting
- Conduct equipment calibration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or any related field
- 3-4 years of experience.
