A Global Telecommunications company is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Account Manager. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying their specific security needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact.

Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving cybersecurity needs.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Align cybersecurity solutions to meet client-specific needs.

Advocate for client requirements within the organization.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Track account performance, including growth, retention, and satisfaction.

Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and report on account activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and execute strategies.
- Generate regular reports on account performance, revenue trends, and client feedback.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Up to 3 years of experience in the local market.

Proven experience in account management, ideally in cybersecurity.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities within existing accounts.

Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute account plans.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
