An International Lighting Company headquartered in USA with offices in Cyprus, KSA and Lebanon is hiring a Storekeeper, to join their team in Roumieh-Lebanon.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving supplies and distributing them accordingly.
- Ensure proper storage of materials, proper labeling, and proper use of the materials.
- Maintain inventory control in an efficient manner.
- Keep track of the inventory volume and report when stock reaches the minimum quantity.
- Alert procurement team on material shortage for replenishment (continuously check re-order points).
- Responsible for monthly and yearly stock count.
- Make sure the actual stock count is identical to inventory on ERP system.
- Coordinate stock allocation between the facilities – US and Lebanon.
- Communicate with procurement and accounting team on stock adjustment.
- Assisting in engineering tasks when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the same position.
- Knowledge in ERP systems.
- English Language is a Must.
- Good communication skills.
