A reputable Cosmetics & Beauty company in Lebanon is currently looking for an Brand Marketing Specialist who will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across all marketing channels. He/She develops, implements, and monitors marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and resonate with the target audience, creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of branding and marketing principles.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development:
- Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive brand strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Develop creative assets in collaboration with internal teams or external agencies.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop brand-aligned content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors.
- Use insights to refine branding and marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative departments, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Serve as the point of contact for external agencies and vendors.
- Event and Partnership Marketing:
- Support branding efforts for events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Develop co-branded materials and campaigns when collaborating with partners.
- Brand Guidelines and Standards:
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design and messaging.
- Educate team members on brand standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role.
- Behavioral Competencies: creativity and innovation, analytical thinking, strategic thinking, attention to detail, strong communication skills, collaboration and teamwork, customer-centric focus, problem-solving & brand advocacy.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (verbal, written).
