A Global Telecommunications company is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Account Manager. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and concerns promptly
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and drive account growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and growth potential.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through account management activities.
  • Accurately forecast and report sales results, pipeline activity, and market trends to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure client success.
  • Coordinate with product development to tailor offerings based on client feedback and industry needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide insights to clients.
  • Regularly analyze and report on account performance, providing insights into client needs and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in Cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a senior or strategic account management role.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce,) and MS Office Suite.

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday l 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
