We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client, focusing on expanding their presence in Iraq. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in business development within the Oil and Gas sector, with a strong focus on establishing and nurturing key relationships in the region to drive growth and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, market trends, and the competitive landscape in Iraq within the Oil and Gas sector.

Analyse market data and provide insights to support the development of strategies for business expansion.

Identify new business opportunities by generating leads, networking, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further business.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Prepare and present proposals, bids, and quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.

Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to ensure profitable deals that benefit both EOI and the client.

Work closely with the Business Development Manager and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Iraqi market to support long-term company growth.

Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the Oil and Gas sector in Iraq.

Represent EOI at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our brand and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualification

Previous experience in Iraq and/or Kurdistan.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on the Iraqi market.

Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas sector, including regional dynamics, market trends, and key industry players.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
