A new established spa in Kuwait is looking for a Facial Specialist to join their team.
A Facial Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality facial treatments to clients.
The successful candidate must be able to understand the requirements of each client and tailor treatments to their individual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Providing facial treatments to clients, including steam, scrub, and mask.
- Analyzing clients’ skin types and recommending appropriate facial treatments.
- Educating clients about their skin type and skincare routine.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of facial treatment rooms and equipment.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining records of client treatments and their progress.
- Recommending skincare products to clients based on their skin type and concerns.
- Staying up to date with the latest facial treatment and skincare trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Esthetics or related field.
- Experience in providing facial treatments and knowledge of different types of facials.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of skincare products and their benefits.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized workspace.
- Flexibility in working hours.
