Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth

Sales Integration: Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to support revenue generation

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns

Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts

Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI

Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts

Customer Engagement: Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics) is a plus

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
