Job Description

A Cosmetics Company is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive:

The candidate will be responsible for executing all company’s marketing activities including market research, marketing plans, and marketing campaigns and advertisements to promote the company’s products and enhance company’s brand image. As well as, Create and post different content on various social media platforms and maintain effective relationships with social media bloggers and influencers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Policies & Processes
– Implement the function’s policies and follow the set Processes in order to achieve the unit’s objectives.

Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations
– Implement the approved marketing strategy that aids in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for the company.
– Conduct market research to identify market size, market trend, market demand, market price structure, competitor’s performance and to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotional material.
– Develop marketing materials as required and administer the advertising process including the production of printed promotional materials, banners, catalogs, and brochures to promote the company’s brand identity.
– Administer the production and distribution process for all marketing materials in line with the marketing plan and brand guidelines.
– Prepare the publications of all advertisement material to maximize brand promotion and coordinate with printing companies to ensure publications are printed on schedule and in line with set budgets.
– Maintain a database and build strong relations with preferred agencies, event organizers, bloggers, and influencers to support the company’s marketing needs.
– Keep abreast of developments within the field of marketing to ensure that the company maintains the highest standards of the same.
– Maintain and monitor bills and expenses associated with all marketing, advertisements, and public relations activities for easy retrieval of important information in the future.
– Organize events and participate in exhibitions to announce the company’s new products in all kinds of media (TV, magazines, newspapers, etc.).
– Provide high support in public relations coverage for new partnerships, exhibitions, and sponsorship opportunities as well as collaborate/coordinate with bloggers/influencers for events aimed at launching products.
– Administer efficient communication of accurate and up-to-date information designed to keep customers informed of the company’s products.

E-commerce and Social Media
– Develop, create, and post different content on various social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Blogs, LinkedIn, and YouTube) on a regular basis in line with the social media plan’s tone of voice.
– Update the social media accounts with new content, including new products launch, promotions, special offers, and newsletters while ensuring that all content is delivered in an appropriate manner.
– Translate social media metrics into an insightful narrative and develop weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development.
– Initiate, develop, and maintain effective external relationships with social media bloggers, influencers, media companies, etc. in order to boost identity growth on social media platforms.
– Implement and generate new ideas for social media campaigns, competitions, and promotions to increase both follower base and engagement rate.
– Answer inquiries and resolve complaints received through social media platforms based on the company’s set guidelines or forward the same to the concerned function (i.e., E-commerce, Retail) depending on the nature of the complaint/inquiry.
– Coordinate with Commercial and Information Technology functions to review and manage electronic content hosting on various e-commerce, social media, and mobile platforms.
– Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Reports
– Prepare reports covering the main activities required by the job role or other customized reports as requested by the Direct Manager.

Qualifications and Certifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

Work Experience
– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the same or related field.
