A FMCG multinational company is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy. You will be responsible for managing social media platforms, executing digital campaigns, and organizing content shoots that boost the brand’s visibility both online and offline. A strong grasp of local market trends and digital innovation is essential.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Create and manage engaging, brand-consistent content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, tailored for the Kuwaiti audience.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns with a structured content calendar aligned with brand goals and product launches.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and analytics to refine content strategies and enhance ROI.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of digital marketing plans to drive website traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Align digital campaigns with business objectives in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
  • Optimize digital efforts through SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Content Production

  • Coordinate and oversee photo and video shoots for marketing use across platforms.
  • Collaborate with agencies, photographers, and videographers to ensure high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Edit and optimize visual content for use in various campaigns and social media.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Support the creation of digital assets such as banners, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Build relationships with influencers and brand partners to expand reach and engagement.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends in Kuwait.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Proficient in major social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
  • Skilled in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva).
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of local culture and market trends in Kuwait.
  • Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred.
