A reputable technology-leading company located in Verdun is hiring an experienced and strategic Mobile App Growth Manager, who possesses extensive expertise in service-on-demand apps, particularly within these regions, to enhance user acquisition, boost engagement, and drive revenue growth for our mobile application.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance app store presence and visibility, including localized App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to improve discoverability in regional app stores.
  • Create and execute region-specific user engagement and retention strategies, leveraging cultural insights and local preferences to foster long-term app usage and customer loyalty.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to app downloads, in-app purchases, user engagement, and revenue growth across target regions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and growth hacking experiments to refine app features, design, and user experience, ensuring alignment with audience preferences in the GCC, Levant, and Middle East.
  • Lead the development and execution of growth strategies tailored to service-on-demand mobile applications, with a strong regional focus.
  • Leverage market insights and regional expertise to optimize user acquisition campaigns, engagement initiatives, and monetization strategies.
  • Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential strategic partnerships within the service-on-demand industry.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure growth initiatives align with overall business objectives, product development plans, and marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate app performance metrics, user behavior patterns, and customer feedback specific to the GCC, Levant, and Middle East markets, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
  •  8+ years of proven experience in mobile app growth management, specializing in service-on-demand applications across the GCC, Levant, and Middle East regions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the service-on-demand app ecosystem, including market dynamics and effective growth strategies tailored to these regions.
  • Strong expertise in analytics tools and app store analytics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize growth strategies based on regional market trends and user behavior.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling seamless collaboration within multicultural and diverse teams.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies for service-on-demand mobile applications within the GCC, Levant, and Middle East markets.
